Şıllık Dessert

A tray of suitable size should be used for baked shilling breads. 6 baked shilling breads should be divided into two, and after 3 shilling breads should be placed on top of each other, 250 gr coarsely ground walnuts should be sprinkled on top. The remaining 3 shilling breads should be placed on top of each other and sliced so that their form is not spoiled. Slicing requires mastery, and the bread on the bottom floor should be cut without slipping the layers. The shape of the slices can be cut into square or lozenges.

Sherbet should be poured over the sliced product in a way that it will spread all over and it should be decorated with walnuts. It should also be served fresh and hot. A piece of shilling bread is placed on a serving plate and approximately 50 g of walnuts are placed in it, then folded from the edges and rolled into rolls and sliced. Prepared syrup should be poured in boiling form, covering all sides of the serving plate and decorated with walnuts. It should also be served fresh and hot.
