Sini Meatballs
Sini meatballs are one of the indispensable dishes of Gaziantep cuisine. Spreading from Gaziantep to the surrounding provinces, sini meatball is a very delicious and different type of meatball.
Inside of sini meatballs; Bulgur, semolina, salt, cumin, hot water, potatoes, tomato paste, flour, oil, minced meat, onion, black pepper, red pepper flakes and walnuts. It is a fatty meatball and has a taste similar to stuffed meatballs.
