Soğan Kebabı
One of Mardin's easiest and most delicious dishes is the famous onion kebab. The meal, in which a mixture of meatballs is placed between onions cut in half, is baked in the oven. It wouldn't be wrong to say that the smell of fragrant onions makes even the full ones hungry. The dish, to which pomegranate syrup, lemon and olive oil sauce is added, is served to be eaten with pleasure.
