Sorina Pel
Sorina Pel is one of the traditional flavors of Bingöl. Sorina pel, which is very simple to make, is one of the delicacies that the local people love to consume. It contains phyllo dough, yogurt, garlic, salt and butter. Garlic yoghurt and butter are drizzled over the cooked phyllo.
