Stick Kebab

Sırık kebab, Eşkıya kebab A type of kebab unique to Çorum-Kargı and Sinop-Boyabat regions. The lamb that is slaughtered as a whole is skinned and cleaned inside. After it is placed in the middle of a long pole, the belly of the lamb is sewn with specially prepared garbage. It is cooked by turning over the fire on the stove. The oil that flows during cooking is collected in a bowl.
