Stuffed Apple with Rice
Ingredients for Stuffed Apples with Rice:
8 medium-sized Nigde apples
1 tea glass of rice
-½ tea glass minced meat
1 spoon of oil
5 spoons of granulated sugar
Salt as needed.
Preparation of Stuffed Apples with Rice:
Peel the apples. Carve the apples starting from the stem part without breaking their shape. Put the apples in water with lemon so that they do not darken. In a separate bowl, mix the washed rice, minced meat, oil and salt. Carefully fill the hollow parts of the apples with the help of a teaspoon. Place them in the pot. Sprinkle granulated sugar on top and adjust the water. Cook over low heat until the rice starts to open.
