Stuffed Bread
At the top of the bread, a lid is cut with a knife and the inside is hollowed out. The removed interior is finely crumbled and set aside. Minced meat is lightly fried in a bowl with a little oil, grated or finely chopped onion is added. After the onion is cooked, finely crumbled bread crumbs are added and frying is continued. Finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper are added and mixed well, stuffed into the carved bread, and the lid is closed. The remaining oil is melted in an aviary and diluted tomato paste is added, the prepared stuffed bread is placed in a bowl and cooked on low heat.
