Stuffed cabbage
Stuffed Liar - Bayburt
Necessary Materials for False Stuffing:
½ kg. cabbage leaf,
2 cups of bulgur,
250 gr. piece of meat or roasting,
2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 150 gr. butter,
2 tablespoons of flour,
1 onion (large)
salt and red pepper
Making the False Stuffing:
First, bulgur is cooked like rice, cabbage leaves are boiled with hot water, 2 tablespoons of flour are mixed into the cooked bulgur. Stuffed stuffing is prepared and wrapped in leaves. In another bowl, fry the onion until golden brown. It is cooked by adding pieces of meat to it. Then the fillings are added. If it is cooked with roasting, roasting is added with stuffing. 2 glasses of water are cooked several times. Service is done.
