Stuffed Chicken

The chicken breast is beaten with a rolling pin until thin. Thin parts open like dough. Mushrooms, cheddar and spices are placed between them. It hugs tightly. It is first dipped in flour, then in breadcrumbs, and finally in egg and thrown into hot oil. It is served after cooking.
