Stuffed Neck

Stuffed neck is a unique Manisa dish made only from lamb. It is separated from the neck bone and sewn into a bag shape. The prepared mortar is filled inside. The open part is sewn and placed in the body. Put enough water to cover it, apply the preheated earth to the oven in the evening, close the mouth well, and take it out in the morning. It is served hot by cutting the threads and putting some shredded meat on top of the rice.
