Stuffed Pods

Stuffed broad beans, one of the favorite dishes of Tokat and Amasya, are made with dried broad beans. The dolmas, which are wrapped in specially brined leaves, are cooked by arranging the ribs on them. Stuffed broad beans, made with plenty of meat and onions, take their place on Amasya tables regardless of summer or winter.
