Stuffed Quince
In the list of Kırşehir local dishes, there is another dish that combines meat and fruit. Kırşehir cuisine, which consists of dishes that combine different flavors in the best way, has one of the richest cuisines of Anatolia. One of the most popular dishes among this richness is stuffed quince. Stuffed quince, which is the most different of the stuffed varieties, is one of the local types of stuffing made in Kırşehir.
It is prepared by stuffing quince, which is famous for its dessert, with minced meat stuffing. The inside of the quince is hollowed out and filled with a mortar prepared with ground beef, onions and bulgur roasted in oil. Molasses sauce prepared with butter, which gives the main flavor to the dish. After pouring molasses sauce, chopped parsley is added on it to crown both its taste and appearance.
