Stuffed Tripe
                                    Onions are finely chopped. Rice, minced meat and other ingredients are added and mixed. The tripe is cut into squares slightly smaller than a napkin. 1 tablespoon of the prepared mortar is placed in each one. It is made into a bundle and sewn with a quilt needle and thread. After all tripes are filled, they are placed in the pot.
