Stuffed Zucchini Flowers
After the zucchini flowers are washed, the greens on the stem of the flower are plucked. With the help of a teaspoon, the yellow part of the flower is taken. Chopped onions are fried in olive oil and washed rice is added. When the rice becomes transparent, add the tomato zest. It is mixed once or twice, greens, black pepper, half a glass of water and salt are added and left to infuse. When the stuffing has cooled, put one teaspoon of each into the zucchini flowers. The upper part of the flower is folded and placed in the pot with the folded part down. Pour a couple of spoons of olive oil on it, add salt and water and cook.
