Su Böreği
Ingredients:
Flour, Egg, Civil Cheese (Erzurum string cheese), Parsley, Butter
Preparation:
An egg is broken into the dough prepared for the pastry and kneaded for at least half an hour. The dough is rolled out by paying attention to the thinness of the tray. The bottom of the tray is oiled, the first phyllo is laid under the tray without being boiled. The yufkas are thrown into boiling water in another bowl and left for one minute. The dough that comes out of the hot water is thrown into the cold water pot on the side. The phyllo dough that we take out of cold water is laid out on the tray one by one. Melted butter is poured between the phyllo dough. After half of the phyllo dough is laid out, plenty of civil cheese and parsley are sprinkled on the tray. The remaining phyllo sheets are placed on the tray in the same way. The phyllo put on the top is also not boiled. The pastry is fried slowly on the stove. After one side is fried, it is turned inside out and the other side is fried in the same way. It is served hot.
