Sucuk With Walnuts
After squeezing the Mazruna Grape grown in our province, the grape juice called şire is boiled in cauldrons and turned into a slurry, and then combined with carefully selected and stringed walnuts, walnut sausage is obtained. In autumn, after the grapes and walnuts grow, walnut sausage is made in the gardens. In the past, it was prepared for consumption at home in the winter.
