Sürk Salad
Sürk is obtained by mixing spices with precipitate. It can be consumed both for breakfast and as an evening appetizer. While making the Sürk Salad, tomatoes, onions, peppers and cucumbers are chopped into small edibles, and the parsley is finely chopped. Mix them all, and the drag is chopped into small pieces and added to it. Add oil and salt and mix. It is consumed in Hatay as the indispensable taste of breakfasts.
