Sürmene Pita
The type of pita in Trabzon, which is made in many different varieties in our country, is also legendary. All the ingredients of the pitas are produced naturally. The dough of the pita prepared using local cheese, meat and flour is rolled out by hand.
After the pita is prepared and its internal mortar is added, it is cooked in specially built stone ovens. After the pita comes out of the oven, it is served with a butter specific to the region.
