Sweet Soup - Bayburt

Materials used : kg. dried rosehip or ½ kg. rosehip marmalade, 100 gr. raisins, 1.5 kg. granulated sugar, ½ kg. split (gendime), 100 gr. figs (if desired), 100 gr. dried beans, 100 gr. apricot, 100 gr. plums (if desired), 250 gr. nuts, 1 cup of flour and salt. Preparation: Rosehip is thoroughly cooked and crushed, first filtered and then sieved. The split and pre-cooked beans, cooked well in another bowl, are added to the filtered water, the flour is mixed with water and added as a slurry, and then boiled. Other ingredients (apricots, grapes, plums, figs) are cooked in another bowl and added to the mixture together with sugar, and after boiling for a while, it is left to cool. It is served by sprinkling hazelnuts on the well-chilled sweet soup.
