Tandır Kebab

Lamb meat is used in tandoori kebab, which is a market dish in Çorum. The meat, which is rested for a certain period of time, is roasted like pomegranate, surrounded by well-dried oak wood in a tandoor made with special fire bricks. It is served with salad between the oiled thin pita of Çorum. There are many restaurants in Çorum City Center that only make tandoori kebab.
