Tandoori Bread
Tandoori bread is a thin and very crunchy type of bread often eaten in the Middle East and Asia. It is cooked in a pit dug on the ground and covered with mud. It is rolled out with a rolling pin one and a half cm thick like a dough. Sprinkle flour, sesame and water on it. This is a kind of slurry. After that, the bread is baked by sticking it to the inner walls of the hearth. It can be prepared in large quantities like yufka and stored for a long time. This bread, which is stored and consumed in the Muş region, is widely consumed by the people.
