Tarhana Soup
Tarhana is one of the traditional fermented foods of Anatolia. Uşak Tarhana is one of the three tarhana whose uniqueness has been registered in Turkey. Its distinguishing feature is the difference in its content and fermented for 21 days. Due to the protein, vitamins and minerals it contains, it is very nutritious, easy to digest and very healthy. Uşak Tarhana is made from a wonderful combination of red and green peppers, flour, yogurt, mint and optionally used beans or chickpeas for 20 days.
