Ingredients:
Flour, minced meat, butter, yogurt, dry onion, garlic, egg .
Preparation:
After kneading the dough well, the dough is rolled out. The dough is a little thicker than the pastry dough. After resting for a while, the yufka is cut into small pieces in the form of triangles and boiled in prepared water. After it is filtered, it is placed on a tray, a plenty of garlic yogurt and hot butter are poured on it. Optionally, roasted minced meat or finely chopped onion fried in butter until golden brown is poured and eaten hot.
