Tatar Ravioli
Although Isparta cuisine is a cuisine where meat and vegetable dishes stand out, pastries are also consumed frequently.
Tatar ravioli, also known as "tab boregi" by the Ispartans, is slightly different from the usual ravioli flavor with its appearance and content. Tatar ravioli, which is made by preparing a mortar with potatoes instead of minced meat, is served with yoghurt and butter sauce after boiling.
