Tatar ravioli, also known as "tab boregi" by the Ispartans, is slightly different from the usual ravioli flavor with its appearance and content. Tatar ravioli, which is made by preparing a mortar with potatoes instead of minced meat, is served with yoghurt and butter sauce after boiling.
