When we think of manti, the first thing that comes to mind is Kayseri manti. However, one of the popular recipes of recent years is tray dumplings, which are known to be arranged frequently on a tray, and are both pleasing to the palate with their appearance and flavor. Prepared with fatty minced meat, thin phyllo dough and sauce, tray manti is frequently consumed especially in Central Anatolia.
