Toğga Soup
One of the oldest soups of Turkish cuisine, Toğga Soup is among the indispensables of Osmaniye cuisine. The fact that it takes place in the folk narrative called “Toğgalı Dede” in the oral culture of Osmaniye is proof that the soup is identified with the province. Yoghurt, made with doğme and mint, should be cooked on high heat and stirred constantly in order not to cut the yoghurt.
