Turaç Ocakbaşı is a steakhouse known for its traditional flavors, aiming to keep the deep-rooted and rich cuisine of Kahramanmaraş alive. Our restaurant was established years ago with the vision of [our founder] Cumhur Turaç and has been the pride of Kahramanmaraş ever since. Cumhur Turaç's devoted work and deep knowledge of gastronomy formed the cornerstones of Turaç Ocakbaşı.
Today, [Cumhur Turaç's children] run our restaurant. As a family, we consider it our duty to preserve the authentic and historical atmosphere of Turaç Ocakbaşı by protecting our father's legacy and at the same time offering the unique flavors of the regional cuisine. We aim to offer our customers both a traditional and innovative experience by presenting the deep-rooted flavors of the past and regional dishes in a modern way.
