Tutmaç Soup
Tutmaç soup to Turkish cuisine. Ingredients used are noodles, parsley, spinach, dill, scallions and sometimes coriander, dried chickpeas, cowpea, lentils, onions, flour, mint, garlic, oil, salt and pepper. In Iran, a similar dish is made under the name of "ash reshte". With the name of leg soup, it is made in traditional Tokat cuisine. Also called a catch vaccine.
