Urush Closing

Perhaps one of the most popular dishes among Ankara's local dishes, urush capping is a type of dish that is mostly made on special occasions such as weddings and holidays. The construction of the uruş closure is a bit of a hassle. The taste is so great that it's worth the effort. It contains ingredients such as lamb meat, garlic, onion and tomato paste. The flavor that emerges with the blending of these ingredients amazes even those who try it for the first time.

During the preparation of the uruş closure dish, after putting the above-mentioned ingredients in a cube, the mouth of the cube is closed upside down in the cooking pot. After putting enough water in the pot, it is left to cook.
