Van Honey
Beekeeping has developed in Van due to its rich flower and plant flora. Beekeeping is an important source of income, especially in the Çatak and Bahçesaray districts. High-quality honey is obtained from bees raised in the region. While black hive honey has been produced from the past to the present, honey production has recently begun in modern hives.
