Van Keledoşu
Keledoş is a local dish known in eastern Turkey, some say Ağrı, Bitlis, some say Van or Muş, but generally from the Upper Murat-Van section of the Eastern Anatolian Region of Turkey. Its preparation varies according to these regions. Van keledoş is registered by the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office and has a geographical indication.
