Varakkaak
This dessert, which is prepared by preparing dough in normal hardness, drying it in the form of phyllo dough, boiling it with water and combining it with molasses, is served with walnuts added to it. There is no sugar in the dessert because the sweet molasses sweetens the Varakkaak enough.
