Walnut Kulak Mantı
Flour, egg, two teaspoons of salt and enough water are added to make a hard dough from the earlobe and divided into 2 meringues. The meringues are opened with a diameter of 50-60 cm and divided into 2x2 cm squares. Each square is folded into an ear shape by holding and pressing both ends with the thumb and forefinger. A teaspoon of salt and oil are put into 2 liters of boiling water in a saucepan. The ears are gently put into the pot and stirred constantly so that they do not stick together. Cooked for 5 minutes, the ears are drained with a colander and taken to the serving plate. It is drizzled with fried butter with tomato paste, sprinkled with ground walnuts and served hot.
