Wet Hamburger
Even a homemade hamburger cannot be compared to it. It is small and self-contained. Its meatballs are slightly different from other hamburger meatballs, it resembles mother meatballs in taste.
Tomato sauce is also prepared in a wet hamburger recipe. Lightly thick prepared hamburger patties are fried in a cast iron pan. It settles between hamburger buns that absorb the sauce. Cook for a short time in a covered saucepan, on the bottom of which is covered with wet oil paper, until it becomes even more moist and soft. Serve hot without any other sauce.
