Materials used: 250 grams of butter, 3 glasses of flour, 1 kg. granulated sugar, 1 lemon. Preparation : 1 kg. Add 2 cups of water to sugar and boil it. Squeeze some lemon on it. When the sugar turns slightly red, a spoonful of this sugary water is poured into cold water, and if it becomes solid (wax), it means that the halva is waxed. The flour roasted with 250 grams of oil is cooled in a large tray and kneaded in the cooled mesh until it turns white. Then, the two ends are combined into a bagel shape, placed in the cooled, roasted flour on the tray, roasted flour is poured on it, and the ring is enlarged by pulling it to the sides by 3-4 people. This ring is folded in half and the same process is done again, the layers are pulled until they are thin, and the wire layers are cut off and served.
