Yalvaç (Kesmik) Güllaç
The feature that distinguishes Kesmik, also known as Yalvaç Güllacı, from other Güllaç is that it is made from a cheese that resembles curd cheese made from milk. Kesmik Güllacı, which is quite different from other Güllaç in taste and preparation, is wrapped in the form of roses, probably because it was made in Isparta.
