Prepare the buttermilk by whisking the yogurt with water and salt. (It is preferred with a sour buttermilk is ) Wash and drain the leaves. Chop the mint and the onions. Prepare a mortar by mixing the cornmeal, salt, mint and onion into the buttermilk. Grease a pan with sunflower oil. Arrange a row of leaves on it. 2 cm of the mortar you prepared. Cook until the bottom is well browned. Cover the rim of the pan with a slightly wider plate and turn the leaf pita upside down. Slide it into the pan and fry on the other side. Remove from the heat , slice and serve.
