Yeşilova Meat Toast
First, the minced meat is taken into a pan and cooked on low heat, stirring occasionally. Salt is added when it is almost cooked. Then, tomato paste is spread on one side of the bread and ground meat is put on the other side. Parsley is added to the ground meat. Then, after adding finely chopped onions and spices, the bread is pressed in the toaster.
