Yogurt Dessert

It is a type of dessert that is made differently in Kayseri, but generally loved in all regions. There is no semolina in the yogurt dessert made in Kayseri. Yogurt is used more abundantly. Mix the flour, sugar, oil, baking powder, egg and lemon juice and put them on the baking tray. When it is browned like a pomegranate, it is taken out of the oven and the syrup is poured over it. Served with coconut. It is a delicacy that is made a lot on holidays, special days or women's days. It is also available in bakeries.
