Yufka Bread

It is made by baking thin phyllo in the size of a medium tray on a sheet metal. These breads do not go stale in a short time and are consumed throughout the year. This is one of the purposes of creation. It is made just before the harvest time, especially during the harvest period, as the local people cannot find time to cook. When eaten, it is moistened with water and heated.
