Zeyve Kebab
This dish, which is made from sheep or goat meat as the main ingredient, is first roasted in the sheet with the addition of various vegetables. This kebab, which is fried in the oven at the last stage before being served, is reserved for the Zeyve Promenade of the Ermenek district.
