Two baked phyllo dough is placed on the laid phyllo, the zılbıtlı stuffing is spread, and the two baked phyllo is laid again. The zılbıtlı filling is spread a second time and covered with raw phyllo and care is taken to ensure that the raw phyllo is slightly larger than the other baked phyllo. It is cooked on the sheet by turning it upside down, oil is applied on it and served hot.
