Zorkun Tava
Zorkun Tava ; It is a delicious meat dish with its rich garlic flavor, which takes its name from Zorkun, the biggest plateau of Çukurova region and Osmaniye. Zorkun Tava ; It is made by adding diced lamb meat to a medium-sized copper tray. Onions are chopped to be edible and spread on the meat. Add garlic cloves to it. While cooking, the top of the tray is covered with lard to add flavor to the food. After it is covered with sheet metal, it is cooked in a stone oven for about two hours. It is served with stone oven bread and ayran.
