Zucchini Sinkonta
After peeling and washing the zucchini, it is cut into finger-thick pieces and placed on the tray. Thinly cut onion slices are placed on it. The tomato paste and flour dissolved in 1 tea glass of water, vinegar, lemon juice, olive oil, crushed garlic and salt are mixed. The mixture is poured over the zucchini. Sprinkle chili pepper and mint on top and put it in the oven. It is cooked for 1 hour at 200 degrees, with the tray covered first, then open. Garlic yoghurt is put on it if desired during the service.
