Basin Hot Springs
Our district has a rich potential in terms of natural resources and especially hot springs.
There is a hot spring water source with a temperature of 53° in the district. In the previous years, there is 1 drilling well (SH5) for the supply of hot spring water, 10 lt/sec from this well, 15 lt/sec from the new well (SH 7) opened in 2014 on the same line, and a total of 27 lt/sec water can be supplied to 5 of the facilities in the existing 'Hot Spring Tourism Center'.
According to the determinations of the Ministry of Health, hot spring waters are arsenic, steel, silica, sodium, sulfate, partially calcium bicarbonate thermal waters and have radioactive properties. It has beneficial effects in the complementary treatment of rheumatic diseases and rehabilitation of orthopedic and neurological disorders.
The hot springs in the center are in İmaret Neighborhood and there are hotels and motels where visitors to the hot springs stay and which have hot spring water.
