BURO Bursa Tourism Guides Room
As the Bursa Regional Tourist Guides Chamber, we continue to support our country's tourism. Our Professional Chamber, which is registered with guides residing in the provinces of Bursa, Bilecik, and Kütahya, employs nearly 200 experienced guides, providing visitors with their knowledge and experience to best promote the values of our cities.
Tourist guide services may only be provided by "Professional Tourist Guides," in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6326 on Tourist Guide Profession. It is mandatory for the guide providing the service to hold a license and work permit. Otherwise, the service provided will be considered illegal and will be considered as a guide service, in accordance with the relevant law, and will result in penalties.
Guiding without a license and work permit is a crime.
Our 170 registered guides operate regionally or nationally. All of our guides are able to provide services in Turkish. Each guide registered with our Chamber also provides services in a specific foreign language. Our registered guides speak English, German, Arabic, Persian, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, Korean, Portuguese, and Chinese.
