Yeşilyurt Train Station

Yeşilyurt Train Station is the at-grade train station belonging to TCDD, located in the Yeşilköy District of Bakırköy district, on the European Side of Istanbul. Located on the Istanbul-Sirkeci - Pythio railway, the station was built by TCDD with the electrification infrastructure and put into service on 4 December 1955. The station served the B1 (Sirkeci - Halkalı) Commuter Train between 1955 and 2013, was closed on March 1, 2013 as part of the construction of the Marmaray project, and was rebuilt on March 12, 2019. The station serves the B1 (Halkalı - Gebze) Suburban Trains operated by TCDD Tasimacilik.
