Aktaş Waterfall
Aktaş Waterfall is within the borders of Aktaş village of Akçakoca District of Düzce, located at the intersection of Istanbul and Ankara with the coast. The waterfall, which is 55 km from Düzce and 11 km from Akçakoca District, is one of the natural beauties of Akçakoca with its nature and rich vegetation around it. Aktaş Waterfall, which is one of the important discovery points of the tourists who come to the region for sea tourism, is very suitable for nature sports such as trekking and photo-safari among the sound of water falling from 50 m high and the greenery surrounding it. Aktaş Waterfall also has one of the important hiking trails of Akçakoca. At the junction of Göktepe village on the Akçakoca ring road, the walking track is 10 km. It is a medium difficulty course that mostly follows the creek. It continues with Aktaş Valley and ends with reaching the waterfall.
